Free for both sides

CariTalent is a project of Kode Nirlaba. Profile listings, discovery, submissions and agreement tools are free. We charge no platform fee or commission. Talent fees, taxes, stamp duty and any third-party services remain subject to the parties’ agreement and applicable rules.

Founded by Kaiser Khan

Kaiser Khan initiated CariTalent through Kode Nirlaba. His personal website describes him as an entrepreneur, publisher and philanthropist. This founder credit does not identify him as a legal adviser, professional reviewer of the agreement templates, or guarantor of talent performance.

Evidence before claims

Editorial profiles identify their public sources and remain unclaimed until ownership is reviewed. Member submissions undergo moderation. Unknown prices, availability and sales are not replaced with invented figures. Corrections and removal requests can be submitted free of charge.

Bahasa Indonesia comes first

The main site, submission forms, agreement drafts and detailed community policies are in Bahasa Indonesia. English discovery pages help international brands understand the available information while preserving original sources.
