## Understand what this tool provides

Templates help prepare a draft. They are not legal advice or a guarantee of validity. They have not been reviewed by an Indonesian lawyer for your specific transaction. Cross-border agreements, minors, employment arrangements and other special circumstances require tailored review.

Account acknowledgments record a reviewed draft version. CariTalent does not provide certified electronic signatures or legal identity certification. The parties can print and sign, or use an appropriate electronic certification provider.

The actual agreement and source notes are in Bahasa Indonesia. If another language is needed, arrange a suitable translation and agree on its relationship to the Indonesian text.
